1. Who We Are

ContractSense AI is a mobile application that analyzes legal contracts and returns a plain-English summary. The app is operated as an independent service. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at apoteka24.me@gmail.com.

2. What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• The contract text, PDF, or photos you submit for analysis
• The name you assign to the contract
• The AI-generated analysis result
• An anonymous device identifier generated on your device (not linked to your name or email)
• Basic usage data: number of analyses performed, credits remaining

3. How We Use Your Data

• To extract and analyze the contract text using AI
• To display the analysis result to you
• To track your analysis credit balance
• To process in-app purchases via Apple App Store
• To temporarily cache analysis results to avoid re-charging credits for identical documents

We do not use your contract content for training AI models, advertising, or any purpose other than providing the analysis you requested.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Uploaded contracts and analysis results are automatically deleted after 24 hours. You can also delete your data immediately at any time using the "Delete My Data Now" button in the About & Privacy section of the app.

Anonymous device identifiers and credit balances are retained as long as necessary to provide the service, and are not linked to any personally identifiable information.

5. Anonymous Identity

No account or registration is required to use the app. The app generates a random anonymous identifier on your device the first time you use it. This identifier is stored securely on your device and is used solely to associate your credits and analysis history with your device session.

This identifier contains no personal information and cannot be used to identify you.

6. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases (credit packs) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive only a transaction confirmation from Apple — we never see or store your payment card details or billing address.

Purchase records are retained to prevent duplicate credit grants (idempotency) and are not used for any other purpose.

7. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services to function:

• AI language model API — contract text is sent to an AI service to generate the analysis. No personal data is included beyond the contract content you submit.
• Apple App Store — for in-app purchase processing.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or social media tracking.

8. Data Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Contract data is stored temporarily on our server and deleted automatically after 24 hours. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data during transit and at rest.

No internet-based transmission or storage system is 100% secure. If you have concerns about a particularly sensitive document, we recommend manually deleting your data immediately after viewing the analysis.

9. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted data through the app, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Your Rights

You can exercise the following rights at any time:

• Delete your data — use the "Delete My Data Now" button in the app, or contact us
• Access your data — contact us to request a description of what data we hold
• Correction — since we hold no personal data, correction requests are not applicable in most cases

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
